1) Xero
Can automatically pull in your bank data. Also works with the Expensify app, Paypal, Salesforce, and lots of other third-party products. There is a list of Xero-certified bookkeepers on the site, so you can get help from a pro if necessary.

2) Kashoo
This one bills itself as “simple cloud accounting.” Also pulls in bank data. There’s an iPad app too.
$20/month.
3) FreshBooks
FreshBooks is now useful beyond just creating invoices; it can be used as a basic cloud accounting system. Includes time tracking component. Integrates with MailChimp, Constant Contact, PayPal, Shopify. There are iPad, iPhone, and Android apps too.
